On Tuesday we went out on a group date to Kauffman Stadium to cheer on the Royals.

The "New K" looks fantastic with new restaurants, mini-golf, Sheridan's Custard, a carousel, HD big screen, Hall of Fame, statues, and more. Its a stadium Kansas City can be proud of. We also got to see the great Zach Greinke pitch. He is only the third pitcher in the history of baseball to earn an ERA under 1.00 after his first ten starts. He was "lights out" and rocked the Detroit Tigers for an exciting win. The only downside of the evening was that Mustard won the Wiener race. Everyone knows Relish is the true champion, he is superior to Mustard and Ketchup in every way. Better luck next time Relish. We were also disappointed to find that they no longer sell "Dip-n-Dots" at Kauffman Stadium. Sorry Melissa, apparently the "ice cream of the future" is now the ice cream of the past.
