For the last four years TLC's hit show, John & Kate Plus 8 has invited into one of the most entertaining homes in America. John and Kate's eight lovely children have literally grown up before our eyes. Who can forget moments like the pine cone box in the garage, John's hair plugs, Kate's refusing to let the children walk barefoot in the hotel, the detoured flight to Salt Lake, the hermit crabs, Hannah sleeping through Disney World, all the fired nanny's, family photo shoots, the new house, the Phillies game, Christmases, the Oprah show, the Cancer Hospital, Leah and the alligator, Mady's ear piercings, Cara on the slopes, Aiden sneaking candy at the parade, and so much more. Now as many of you know the family is in turmoil, and many are talking divorce. All over the country fans are choosing "team Kate" or "team John." Some believe John's recent antics at night clubs and with his new "friend" are inexcusable. Others believe it is Kate who has driven him to such recklessness. No one will deny Kate is a bit of a beast. For example, in our home when Melissa gets bossy, Devin simply says "John and Kate Plus 2" and she takes the hint. But Kate's beastly personality is no excuse for John to cheat. But maybe he didn't cheat. Maybe this is just a mid-life crisis. The new season has us glued to our seats. No one knows how it will turn out, but I can tell you this much, there are two fans in Lawrence, Kansas who are rooting for you John and Kate! We know you guys can work through these hard times and keep the family together. Do it for the children! Do it for the fans! Just do it. We can't live without you. We want to see Mady and Cara's first dates. We need to see how the sextuplets handle the rigors of elementary school. Don't make us settle for watching the Duggars. They're so creepy - with their long dresses and complicated names. Take a season off if you must, we can survive by watching the DVD set of Season IV. Just promise us you'll be back!

While I don't know that we're quite as big of fans as you all - I know I've been glued to the screen like all of the other people who watch things like E! and like to read People Magazine and watch reality shows.
You're hilarious! I too am on that Jon and Kate wagon and am anxious to see how it all plays out.
My husband heard a rumor that Kate had an affair with her bodyguard, Jon confronted her about it, they set up the legal agreement "you date or do whatever but be here when we need you as a dad and for the show", and now we're up to present day.
So sad, seeing as they renewed their vows FOR themselves and their kids and now they're in this pickle.
