Last weekend we had a good-bye dinner with our law school friends. We got all fancied up and ate at Fogo de Chao on the Plaza in Kansas City. Graduation is on Sunday and then next week we say farewell to Dave and Bethany (moving to Texas), and Chris and Tiffany (moving to New Mexico). The evening was truly fabulous. The guys were dressed-to-kill and the ladies cleaned up nicely as well. It may have been a mistake to put the girls at one end of the table and the guys at the other. Here's an example of how different the two conversations were. These are real quotes... At the girls' end of the table, "I still remember the first time I stared into Seth's beautiful blue eyes." On the guys' side, "Dude, how many dead lamb carcuses are on Dave's plate?" We are not going to miss law school, but we are definately going to miss the friends we made. Thanks for a great three years guys! We wish you all the best.
