Today for playgroup we went to the fire station. One of the firemen put on his full uniform so the kids would know what he looked like with it on and wouldn't be scared if he ever had to come in and save them. Payton was one of only three kids brave enough to go up and touch him. Then we got a tour of the fire station and the kids got to sit in the fire truck. Payton thinks we should buy a big fire truck of our own.

Payton is a mini-Melissa. You have such a cute family. Kansas, huh? I am sure it is so hard to be away from family, but I am excited to hear that Devin is almost done and there is a job waiting. Sounds like all is well. It was good to hear from you. Make sure to keep in touch. Can you believe it has been more than 10 yrs?
