Construction giant JE Dunn put in the winning bid last week on constructing the Greater Kansas City Area Temple. With the news release came the information that the temple will closely resemble the Twin Falls, Idaho Temple. JE Dunn CEO, Terry Dunn told the Kansas City Business Journal, “We look forward to working to provide members of the LDS Church in the Kansas City region a special, holy place to call their own."

Thanks for the update! Do you know when construction is supposed to start?
that's awesome... all temples are beautiful, but I really like the Twin Falls temple a lot. I'm sad we won't get to stay for the finished product.
We just knew they would build a temple there AFTER we left. We have terrible luck. We are a little closer to one, but it is still 2.5 hours to OKC
