While in Louisiana we spent two days in New Orleans. Both days it poured rain, but it was still fun. We had to pass over the Causeway which is a 24-mile-long bridge that passes over Lake Pontchartrain. Once you drive out far enough you can't see any land at all. We spent most of the time in the French Quarters. We had a good time shopping in all the little stores and in the French Market. Payton's favorite part was playing in the rain and eating beignets at Cafe Du Monde. Sooo Yummy!
